Our Story

A family company, built over decades

Van Hauen Conferences is a family company. Susanne van Hauen has more than 40 years of experience as a Professional Congress Organizer (PCO), her daughter Dorina van Hauen brings 30 years of experience, and August van Hauen Hillersborg has joined the family business with several years of hands-on experience in the travel and conference market.

Together, three generations combine deep industry knowledge with fresh energy — offering our clients a personal, dependable partner for every stage of planning and running a successful conference, exhibition or event.

From the first site inspection to the final evaluation report, we manage every detail so our clients can focus on their content and their guests.
