A calm and well-run congress
We staff the registration desk, hand out name badges, help speakers in the speaker room and coordinate with the venue, caterers and AV technicians. When something unexpected happens, and it always does, we solve it quietly.
Support for exhibitors and industry
We are the exhibitors' contact on site, from set-up in the morning to the last break. At hands-on sessions we coordinate equipment, stations and time slots with the companies.
Learning from every congress
After the congress we send a survey to delegates and exhibitors, put together a report for the board and close the final account. The results are used to make the next edition better.
From our work: SADE
After SADE 2025 the exhibitors asked for better hands-on and break logistics. Their feedback was used in the planning of SADE 2026, and exhibitor satisfaction rose from 38% to 80%. Read more →
