Online registration that fits your congress
We set up registration with the categories you need, for example doctors, nurses, students, industry, speakers and committee, with early-bird and late fees, workshops, dinners and hotel rooms. Speakers and committee members can get their own private registration links.
Payment and invoicing without friction
Delegates pay by card or by invoice. We issue invoices in EUR, DKK or NOK, send EAN invoices to Danish public institutions and e-invoices via Peppol to hospitals and universities in Sweden and Norway. Payments are matched and followed up, so nobody is forgotten.
Abstracts from call to abstract book
We run the call for abstracts, set up submission, distribute abstracts to the reviewers in your committee, inform authors and collect presentations and posters. The review itself stays with your scientific committee; we handle everything around it.
