We suggest venues that fit the number of participants, the programme format and the budget, from congress centres and hotels to university and hospital auditoriums. We arrange site inspections with the committee and compare offers side by side.
Hotels for delegates and speakers
We reserve room blocks at the right price level, let delegates book through the registration and manage rooming lists, speaker rooms and release dates, so the congress is not left with unused rooms.
A social programme people remember
The networking is as important as the lectures. We plan welcome receptions, conference dinners, excursions and accompanying person programmes, and we take care of transport between venue, hotels and events.
